Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty
If a defect is found within this warranty period, Gentec Equipment will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part free of charge, subject to the terms outlined below.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Customers must notify Gentec Equipment immediately of the defect by phone or email.
- All claims must be accompanied by a photograph of the defective product.
Repairs or replacements must be pre-approved by a Gentec Equipment representative.
The defective product must be returned to a location designated by Gentec Equipment.
This warranty does not cover labour costs, including installation, removal, or transportation expenses.
Gentec Equipment’s warranty will not apply to:
- Products that, in our judgment, have been misused, abused, or improperly maintained.
Products that are not sold or manufactured by Gentec Equipment or an authorized Gentec Equipment dealer.
Alterations or repairs not authorized by Gentec Equipment.
Damages to equipment or downtime resulting from a defective Gentec Equipment product.
Warranty Policy

We warrant to the original purchaser all attachments manufactured by Gentec Equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. We will repair and/or replace defective product free of charge within the limits of this policy.
Customers must notify us immediately of the defect by phone or email. Recommended repairs and cost are to be discussed with and agreed on by one of our representatives. Repair and labour (at an agreed rate) will be performed by one of our dealers or a repair shop designated by us.

Gentec Equipment's warranty will not apply to:
