How do I return or exchange an item? Use our Return and Exchange Form to determine if your item can be returned and request a return or exchange. Gentec can not accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition.
If I return or exchange an item how long does it take to process? Two to four weeks.
What is your return policy? Items can be returned within 30 days with authorization by filling out all of the information on the Return and Exchange Form below. Refunds are for the cost of product only. After 30 days, the item is subject to warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative either by the Return and Exchange Form below or by calling 1-613-833-0435 (8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday).
Easy Return and Exchange Form - Use it to get a return authorization!- Please wait for a Return Authorization # before returning. You will need to write this # on the return label located on the front of the packing slip.
- Gas and diesel-powered items cannot be returned to Gentec once they have been gassed or oiled. If they have been gassed or oiled fluids must be removed.
- Items can be returned within 30 days with authorization and by filling out the form below.
- If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt before contacting Gentec.
